Not sure what my day off will bring. Have to take my car in to have a sensor replaced in a few. They will bring me home. Walk my 30 on the gazelle, do my taxes and my door insulation. Then will be home till they call. If it was nice out I could walk home and back later. With the snow still piled and the cold rain that is not an option. Cardio day today so all is good. Maybe tear into my staircase.

Cold lite rain didn't last long and the sun is out. Taxes mostly done, have to get something out of my car which is in the shop. Will only take a few to finish. 30 min on the gazelle, time to clean up the paper that is everywhere, add the weather stripping to my door, and start pulling out staples.

I did something really stupid and it messed up my late afternoon. Heated up some boiled chicken in a bit of water. Pulled out the chicken went downstairs when I came back up a few minutes later the house was smoky. Had left the burner on! Pulled it off the stove and the smoke just filled up the house. Lucky I caught it when I did no flames.be more careful next time.. It did though set my asthma off. My lungs do not like smoke. Haven't done much since. Did manage to get one stair tread done. A workout for the hands LOL

Ohh :P . It was definitely great that you've noticed before something worse happened! I'm very distracted so I have a rule which I never ever disregard. I always set a kitchen clock and take it with me whenever the fire is on. A friend of mine once set fire to his kitchen. Luckily no one got hurt (the bedrooms were in the floor above...) lol never mind the workout. You'll do it next time :)

Even if the fire is only on for 5 minutes and I'm sure that I'll be there the whole time, I still set that clock because there have been times that I have been distracted by something and left the kitchen while the fire was on...
