Don't know, whats going on. Cant stay on track and cant find a way that motivates me.
162.3 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

Snap out of it girl! Spring is coming. You want to look amazing! Now write down all the reasons why you want to lose weight and put it where you can see it. Put the scale in front of the fridge. Get a new workout outfit. Get a new workout dvd. Take a new workout class. Try some new recipes. Use your determination if you can't find your motivation. Get some fitness magazines. Try a new plan. You don't have a lot to lose and it won't take you long. Now get to it!!!
