My back is still hurting, but I've been going for walks for the past few days, and my doctor says the only way to strengthen the muscles is to go for long walks. Today it's supposed to rain, but I guess I could go to the mall and walk around...
225.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

There are certain yoga poses that can strengthen your back as well. You might look into those. Is it you lower back? I know locust is designed to strengthen your low back and has helped me. There are others I am sure.

Did you try the yoga? How did it go? Keep at making the hard but good choices and you will keep going down.

Yeah, I did the yoga, and I ended up going for a short walk too! It stopped raining for a little while, so I decided to head out.
