Day 1:
Well, I've decided that today (Jan 16) is day one of my weight loss. It was supposed to be the first day of the year... but welcome to my life of procrastination. I keep seeing everyone on facebook losing so much weight (one of my "friends" just lost over 50 lbs) and I am looking at them and wanting to be back to my normal self again! I've had two babies (neither of which I have gained any weight with, so it wasn't THAT) and gone to college (THAT is where the weight piled on)and I'm moving into a new phase of my life and want to start it off feeling good. I have been feeling REALLY down on myself for years and I am sick of looking in the mirror and HATING myself. I want to be confident again and want to feel comfortable in my own skin, and as superficial as it is, losing the weight is the only way to do it.

The thing that REALLY sucks for me is that exercising is REALLY hard for me to do. I have a really STUPID condition that makes me break out in hives if there is vibration (such as running or jumping) so working out is extremely hard to WANT to do. I WANT to be able to run like everyone else... I want to run a marathon too! Imagine how GOOD that would feel?! Anyway... it just sucks, so I have to figure out a way to work out.
