Water or constipation weight, up 2.6, still 1100-1200 Cals, but day before yesterday went all the way up to 1850, I know I got a little thrown of but I’m back to it. I’m thinking my body retains less fluid or fluff when I have more fish, I’m gonna try to have it at least every other day at least one meal and see how that goes
255.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
