Day 3 of detox and things are going great! Only thing that I am questioning right now is the fact that I am eating only about 700 calories a day and I think that is just not enough, but I am full, so not sure! Did great yesterday on eating and exercise with the exception of the tootsie roll I had, but oh well, needed sugar! :-) I am really pushing myself this time around to see if I can actually do it..we will see what happens on day 10!

Breakfast~Raspberry Yogurt
Snack~6oz smoothie
Lunch~brown rice and sauteed veggies
Snack~veggies
Dinner~Salad

Don't have a lot of time tonight, but going to try to fit in the Wii for a little exercise and going to go to the gym at lunch hopefully! Wishing you all the best of luck!

Well, it looks like youre eating fine, but youre right. 700 calories is not very much. And it looks like your doing a pretty good amount of exercise throughout your day. I would try to sneak in a few more calories, because although you will lose weight quicker, it is not good for your body. It needs those calories to remain healthy, and it is important to lose weight the healthy way. Just some personal advice. Ive been eating over 1000 calories a day, but once you add in the exercise, there is still a deficiency. Hope it helps! PS about the tootsie roll, im sure it felt great, and it wont make or break your weight loss!!!

The calorie thing was an issue w/me too - I just couldn't get very high on it and felt full too for the most part. I wouldn't keep your calories that low for too long or your body is just going to start storing it. (I do believe that has been my issue for a very long time and why I'm switching). I agree, I don't think your tootsie roll will make/break ur weight lol. Keep up the good work!
