Day 2 of my flat belly plan,, I am thrilled to feel better! and to be full. No cravings for sweets because it keeps me full. I hope I can keep it up,, it is after day 4 that I flounder. I need to better prepare for it. I am also thrilled to see my weight this morning, after only one day of eating on the plan... I know it was all water I am sure.. but it is still nice,, I had to weigh myself a couple times to make sure I saw it right :)
