well between holidays and my husband being in the hospital again I've gained back 30 lbs. got up 265 now down to 252 - a bit depressing to see that all I have done the last few years is gain and lose the same 30 some odd lbs but will try to break that again this year - husband is better and hopefully will stay well for a bit - plan to do low carb and watch the calories - need to add back in walking and a few other workouts.
