Weigh-in with mom.

I'm struggling.

This week's goals:

1. Track food all 7 days
2. Lights out by 12am every night -- really think I need to start sleeping earlier and getting an earlier start on my day for workouts etc.
215.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
