I had some goodies today like ive been having, but I think ive done good staying within my calorie guidelines. One of these days im going to up my vegetable and protein consumption and lighten up on the carbs.Still waiting for that warmer weather so I can WALK WALK WALK!!!

Hello Deb, im doing fine, and you? Yes the weather is warming up. It's about time! I took a walk last night and that felt really good! Have a great weekend! :)
