Day two of my "diet". Let's call it a lifestyle adjustment. These past couple of days I've been eating healthier and exercising, yahhh for me. For now I'm okay but I'm struggling with keeping my calorie intake down to 1800 (bummer).
I've always fluctuating from 155 lbs to 180 lbs. My goal is to be 140 lbs and to STAY this weight and become healthier.
