I'm so excited! The scale showed a loss, almost to goal!!! I have found that doing a 3 water bottle challenge at work and getting to bed at 11pm is really helping.

[b]I hit BLUE!!!
150.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
