Feel like absolute crap, probably won't eat today...Going to maybe measure later so I can see if at least the inches are going down. Last time I checked was the first of January...aiming for once a month measuring.

Cheer up - losing weight is all about feeling good about yourself. One thing you must do is eat. Try eating low calorie items - can of tuna with broc, cabbage, tomatoes - very low calories and barely any fat. works!!

I'm just not hungry Dar...I guess I should have said I feel like crap from coughing and horrible ear pain. I would be napping but my little girl wants to catch up on her homework from being sick for 2 weeks herself. She can't stand not being able to go to school...
