I was really struggling with staying below 2k calories. I've done pretty well in the last week. At a little over one day because I was ill the day before and felt I really needed it. Worked fine. I can see it's working, thanks to the help of a friend here who I have to report to each day. Just having someone who requires I PM my calorie intake to them at the end of each day makes me toe the line. I have 6 more days that I have committed to, but may go two weeks further after that, if the trend remains. Thank you, my little subterranean friend. :)
