okay im done with the doritoes and dip. I will sstick to popcorn and maybe sait and vinegar lays because I cant eat too many of those at one time. I need to stock on sugar-free snacks like jello for sugar cravings. I also want to eat more protein and vegetables and less fat and carbs. And keep my exercise steady. I want to see the numbers on scale keep going down steadily.
