Today being my 4th day of my 18hr fast -6hr feed per I.F. I tried something I've seen on the many YouTube videos I've watched on IF, which is to workout right before breaking the fast. So from 1:30 till 2pm I did random sets of pushups etc...no big deal. Then I noticed a weird tingling all over like 5min after I finished. An odd rush of energy...I liked it! I just may do it again tomorrow.
