SO far i have avoided cookies today.... but man they are calling my name! i dont know why but all i want is JUNK!!! PLan to go back to strict cycle 1 of 17 day diet starting on between Feb 7-10. I want to meet my goal for Feb 27th...i am afraid if i dont keep losing that i will start gaining... and eventually give up again! this is the farthest i have come. I dont want to go back!
