Well, I some how messed up my starting date and weight. It now shows I started diet today at today's weight, when in reality I started Jan 1st, 11. No way to change it back, darn !!

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 January 2011:
1265 kcal Fat: 44.33g | Prot: 52.19g | Carb: 169.26g.   Breakfast: milk, kroger carbmaster peach yogurt, Quaker weight control instant oatmeal. Lunch: movie diet cola, granola, popcorn. Dinner: potato, carrots, top round steak, butter spray. Snacks/Other: hot dog bun, hot dog. more...
