OK I have to confess...with my weight loss (3.8 in two weeks)I went a little crazy last night and got a chipwich..(ice cream sandwich between two chocolate chip cookies...only reading the calories AFTER I ate it.

490!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Are you kidding me! It wasn't even that big...it was almost as much as my dinner the night before.

so today I am not doing well keeping my calories up..about 600 so far and dinner is over. I also blew off my workout class...It was really lame last week ...other than a hypnotherapist doing our relaxation at the end...

I slept like a baby that night..

So when I got home it was getting dark and my dog looked so dejected I took her for a walk and a play at the park...

Not exactly a workout...but I made a call. and not as bad a call as that ice cream sandwich last night...

So now I am faced with making a cake..yup. a cake. Tomorrow will be the frosting and decorating of said cake..It's a special "reveal" cake for my friends sonogram results tomorrow.

She requested buttercream frosting . She's been having cravings!
So anyway...I might have a sliver tomorrow at the party..

ok...so I am off to make a cake.
