Today I changed to the South Beach Diet. It's going to be a tough two weeks with no carbs or fruit. Hopefully I can do it. I believe the carb thing will be ok...but the fruit....hmm. Anyway I decided to do this because while I eat good carbs, I think I eat too many and my weight loss has been stagnent. So too much of a good thing. I did not joing southbeachdiet.com, however; I think I will purchase the newer supercharged version of the book as it allows for more foods on Phase I. My biggest issue is variety. Biggest challenge...hating eggs at the end of two weeks. I need to be creative with breakfast I guess.
