Gained weight -- no idea why because I've been good with the diet. However, I'm going to just keep going. Added some tai chi this morning and will make sure I'm getting enough sleep/water.

Keeping the faith.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
