Sweet deal! I'm coming off my monthly and the 3 pounds I thought I should have lost on Friday are leaving with mother nature with it. I'm down 1.2 pounds and I can't wait to hop on the scale tomorrow. Hopefully, I can be back on track and lose another 3 pounds this week. What do you say 3 lb per week in the first month? That would be 12 lbs lost on February 1. Hmmm 12 pounds would put me at 184 (10 away from my April 1 goal). I'll do a before and after picture on Feb 1 to see if anyone notices a difference.
