I don't know if this counts. I weighed myself yesterday and it said 193.2 again and there was just no way that was possible so I didn't record it. I thinking it may be time to replace my scale battery. Afterwards, I had the flu yesterday and food smelled appalling. needless to say I barely ate anything. So starved and dehydrated, I am 189.6. On second thought ill take this victory.

It was probably just water weight. Your body will hang on to all the water it has if you are dehydrated, plus store anything you take in as it is in a panic mode. I know what it is like to be sick and then not eat enough, and I tend to do worse if I don't eat as far as losing weight. Thanks for commenting on my journal. You were right. I gained 1.2 pounds back this week after the sudden drop from the flu. My body didn't like how little I was able to consume on Monday when I was sick. But even still. That 1.2 pounds I gained back puts me at 190.8 and not 191.something that I was last Friday. So I guess I'm still losing. Hooray.
