I've really been struggling this past week. I started back to classes and felt a little overwhelmed with it all. I have been really hormonal too, making it hard to stop eating. I've also not been checking in on here, which is a good motivational tool for me, so I went ahead and entered my food for the day. I am not feeling like exercising or doing anything like I was. I'm really disappointed with myself, and recognize that I am falling off, but I don't know how to get back on. I am fighting a lot of binge cravings, that have been just too much to take. I don't want to feel sorry for myself anymore, and thought I was prepared for this, but I'm not sure I am.

Come on, Girlie! You can do this! Sounds like the hormones are messing with you. DON'T LET THEM WIN!! LOL! You are doing sooooo good. You have lost 12 lbs so far!!! 12 LBS!!! Keep up your good work!

There is no way YOU can even argue that 12 pounds gone is superb...Imagine if you still owned all 12 of those pounds! Not only can you do it, you are ALREADY doing it! We can quit doing a lot of things that are "bad habbits" so to speak, but eating is absolutely essetial, so that makes it harder sometimes because you cant just give it up, we are all trying to stay on the road to eating right and we have ALL made detours, thats why Fat Secret is not such a secret :~) Keep up all of your great work, struggles will come, but thankfully they also GO!!
