My first week down and I did it!! I'm confident I can do this. If I can survive the first week then I can do it another week, and another. I love myself now and that's important, but I can't keep gaining weight like I have the past two years. I've gone to curves every day this week except Sunday of course. I have a weigh and measure on Monday and also a Zumba class too. Super excited. I have been doing zumba at Curves but I'm taking a separate strictly Zumba class for the first time. This means two workouts Monday! Yes! Good luck to all out there trying to lose weight for their own reasons. Mine is to stay healthy and feel better about myself.
