michigan Mimi's Journal, 08 January 2011

When I joined this site Sept 2010 I weighed 234. I am 6 oz from being back there. It has taken me 8 days thus far to lose those extra unwanted lbs that I put on in those 3 months. I do need to space my eating. Daughter taking photo of me every Friday. We are using what tools we think will keep me focused and successful in getting my health back to wonderful. I have hbp, diabetes, high cholestrol, neuropothy and under active thyroid. Want to rid all ailments that I can. Want increased energy. Heart attacks is was my parents dimise. I am my own enemy. Please, God, grant me the want to exercise and eat healthy for the rest of my life.

Hi Bren, I love this site thus far. I spend a lot of time doing research and reading other's struggles and successes. I love the no bother calculating calories. It so helps me keep focused with the charts and all.
