managed to do my 7300 steps-total 70000 steps this month..gotta move my butt to finish 200000 by end of month..I am behind cause of a week off. I spent it visiting my daughter...I am behind,but i will catch up!!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
