Got a George Foreman grill for X-mas. Have found a new favorite sandwich to make on it. My Pepperidge farm deli flat whole wheat buns, spray with ICBINB on each side, put my low fat deli meat in (turkey, chicken, ham) and 1/4 c. low fat mozzarella cheese then toast for about 2 minutes on it, yummy! Only about 240 calories too. I love simple things, but could put different flavored low fat cheeses in it and spice up the meats etc... Cooked turkey breast tenderloins on it too, and they come out juicy and tender in under 10 minutes, with no flipping lol! I usually have to cut them in half though, they are too thick and my first ones got over cooked on the outside but not done on the inside, so cut to 1 inch thickness. I am going to keep playing with things on it, the only downside is the cleaning of it :P
