As you lose weight you have to adjust your calories for every pound you lose. When you lose weight, your resting metabolic rate/Basel metabolic rate changes. There are RMR calculators on line. Every pound you lose, your RMR changes.

If you don’t change your intake and calorie burn as your body changes due to your hard work then you will plateau.
