As you can see I am gaining because of the foods that I eat and lack of exercise. Make a plan and execute I need to stick with it and stop dropping the ball and making excuses
266.3 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 81.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
