Amazing dinner tonight. Acorn squash glazed with a little maple syrup, stuffed with walnuts and diced pear. Steamed Carrots. And Wild Mushroom & Herb Couscous. So good, just thinking about it makes me hungry for more!



I'm feeling really tired though. I need to work out. Must.. get.. on.. elliptical...
