I'm trying to stay within a calorie limit. I'm aiming at around 1600 cal per day. I figure I am awake about 14 hours a day, so I try to split up my calories. No matter how much I eat in one sitting, I have to eat again within 3 hours or I feel shaky. I'm trying to not eat more than 350 cal per meal. I can eat again depending on how many calories I eat. If I eat 100 calories than I can eat again in an hour. If I eat 200 calories I can eat again in 2 hours. I try not to go over 350 calories because I can't wait more than 3 hours to eat again, but it is not easy. I try to remember that my stomach is only the size of a small grapefruit. Its hard when we go out to eat though. especially when my husband wants to eat at a buffet! Baby steps, I know I can't be perfect everyday.

That sounds like a great plan :) How far along are you now? I'm 17 weeks on Monday. I've already gained 10lbs. How tall are you?

Love the pic!! Sounds like you're doing good. Remember too, that as the baby gets bigger, your stomach will get pushed in and you won't be able to eat as much. Good luck!!
