I've been a bit busy, so I haven't been updating my food and exercise diaries lately. I don't mind so much, now that I've weighed in and lost weight. I love seeing that graph going down. I'm almost below 120kg, which is the first important milestone for me. Every 5kg, I'm trating myself to something. Not necessarily food, but a small reward for sticking with it, no matter how boring the exercise is, no matter how bad you feel while doing it, no matter ho much you wanted that chocolate so bad. I said "no" to the chocolate, and that's what counts. I like where I'm at, I'm dictating the terms to my body and my cravings now, a feeling of control I've not had in a while.
