Feeling good so far. I have to keep away from the fridge after 8pm and I'll be golden.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

How about making a requirement for eating. Eating anything before 8 PM, you have to burn off the caloric amount before ingesting the food. Anything after 8 PM you have to make a journal entry on here about what you are going to eat it, why you are going to eat it, and detail what type of exercise would have to be done to burn it off. "It's 9:30, and I want a bowl of cereal. It's 314 calories without milk, add 82 calories with it. I'm not really hungry, but have the taste for it so I want to eat it. I may be a little hungry, but I bet I could wait until breakfast. I would have to do about an hour's worth of Pilates to work off that one bowl of cereal with milk. Hmm, not so worth it anymore. Nevermind, FatSecret, I'll wait" Maybe that would work?

lol. Good idea. I really want a cupcake that my wife brought back from Central Market. It's probably at least 200 calories and I'd have to... nah.. you're right. Not worth it! :-)
