This week was a nada...no weight loss. I feel good though and have really been doing the right things. I am going to make some changes that work for me and attempt week 3 to be a very good downslide on weight!
161.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
