Restriction day. Yea I know I didn't log over the weekend. But then again I wasn't supposed to be logging unrestricted days...

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 January 2014:

Nothing I just like to know exactly what I've eaten on those days.

Dunno if I am actually losing weight or not, but 6 days in & my trousers feel less tight.
