Lunch: 217 Cals - 30g Oats, 40g Raspberries, 45g Figs, 80ml milk

Had a reasonable amount for breakfast with high protein so went for a light lunch with high fibre.

Hi 👋 No, but I do try to get at least 2 vegan dinners in a week. I usually aim for a Mediterranean based lifestyle. I enjoy my Oats 4 days a week and fruit everyday. Meeting my Fibre, micronutrients and macro needs is pretty essential for me. 😊🌻
