5:2 day 3 and 2nd restriction day...

My calorie count reads like I overcompensated yesterday (And I did, mostly at Dinner). But most of what I logged were arbitrary guesses at weights and equivalent items (read everything except lunch).

The cheesecake for example didn't come from Publix, it came from the coffee shop downstairs which doesn't have nutrition info. It was also 105g not 150g (and yes I weighed it).

And the dinner is a very rough guess at weights, where I've tried to over estimate weights rather than underestimate.

So what I'm saying is I have no clue how many calories I actually consumed yesterday. It might be above (I bloody hope it is), it might be below (I really hope it's not)...

Also as I hadn't reset my equally arbitrary daily calorie intake amount, I'm actually at about 150% not the 246%.

Most of the time I over-estimate and make guesses at weights. Overestimating is better than cheating. Give your self some credit at least your are still here, you are logging what you eat and getting back on track. It takes time but you will get there ! I promise - stick to it !
