Started my Final Stage yesterday. Glad to be home again with my lovely Tanita scales. Unfortunately, they revealed a bit of a nasty upward blip in my weight over Christmas and New Year -- the very first since I started. Still, hardly surprising, considering the extent to which I 'relaxed' with booze, chocs, cookies, etc, etc! Gained several pounds in just a few weeks, though my fat/fluid/muscle stats seem to have remained relatively good. Determined not to be thrown off by the seasonal glitch, and firmly back on track now :-)
