Had a great day today. Enjoyed a hike in the local national forest. I so much prefer this kind of exercise than going through a work out. It made me want to get my bike fixed so I can use the bike trail near my home. I'm putting some determination toward the exercise part of this process. Not craving sweets but really have a taste for salted items just now. Maybe I'll try using some spicy sauces, like choulula or the taco sauces to get more variety with steamed veggies. :)
