Had a lot of injury in 2013 kept me on my bum, Knee & Back better now time to work off this junky butt. :)Pushing a little B-12 to get my energy level back up. Gone mostly plant based in my eating, but still considered a Flexertarian. Going back to my green smoothies + Garden of Life Raw Meal shakes. Starting a walking and yoga regimen, before I get back into my fave Basketball.
I'm looking past 40 so I know this will be a bigger challenge than in the past. But I live at the lake and do not want to be so self conscious I don't want to take the kids out in my bathing suit. Plus with Diabetes and Heart issues running in my family this has got to get under control I do not want to be on as many meds as my mother, and good Lawd how I hate Needles.
