I think that one difference for me this time is that I am doing strenuous recording of my food and activity. I keep a log of what I eat, and see my ratio of Carbs, Fats, and Proteins. I haven't realized how much my diet is overloaded with fat and carb. I am getting more control, and so I am losing weight. I also eat many small meals throughout the day now. Grazing, and never gorging!
