What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Steamed egg(2 eggs+ 1 Tbsp of Butter)

Lunch: Salad with Avocado, Cottage Cheese + Matcha powder

Dinner: Salad with Avocado, 3 Pork Ribs, 1 Beef Rib, 1 Lamb Rib, 1.5 Corn cobs 🌽
100.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week

steamed eggs... You put the ramekin in some water?

To Shirfleur 1: Thank you very much. The reason I dropped 0.6kg is I did not eat sugary fruit (grapes) on the 1st. Fruits sounds healthy, but have to be careful.

To Liv001: Hi, Thank you. This one was made with 2 eggs and 1Tbsp Butter in a ramekin. (You can make it without butter if you want less calorie) I put the ramekin in a milk pan and carefully poured water which is half high of the ramekin. Then cover the lid and simmer until your choice of cooking egg. I like the egg before yolk cooked completely, but not too much runny.
