Today's wins: 1. Stayed away from the delicious but unfulfilling empty carbs of the Shocktop my husband brought home today. Beer is delicious but I have the self control to wait until cheat day. 2. Did yoga even though I was still sore from yesterday. 3. Worked from home and took a half day due to the snow.

i like your attitude. I was just sitting here and telling my husband. I can either go to Bed. Its 9 PM or give in and have a slice of Banana bread which will put me in the red. He said just get on your bike and work it off. Yea right. I would have to go 10 miles lol. Well I just read your entry and thank you for giving me some willpower. Dont mess up all the good things I have worked so hard for. Thanks.

Willpower is definitely the hardest part. It helps to have a supportive husband - even if they are just reminding you of how hard you'd have to work to make up for momentary lapses in willpower.
