Well, it’s a New Year and I have to get focused on the mission at hand. I have gained 10 lbs in two months, so back at it counting calories and exercising. No more beer, junk food, sweets, etc..
172.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
