So i have bad migraines but I've never had two in one day. I got one at 8am and wasn't able to eat nor drink water until 3am the next day. So my weight is very fluctuated. I need to go to a doctor for them, they're getting worse and I worry.

Just to rule this out, make sure you are having more water if you are not eating as much as you used to because you have to compensate for water in the foods you are not eating or you will dehydrate and this will cause headaches. Otherwise, I'm equally at a loss as to what it might be. I myself have been having strange recurrent headaches but not so close and, in my case, they're mild. I'm not sure what they mean but I suspect it's possibly lack of sugar since I abruptly stopped eating sweets. But you never know for sure what it is. In you case though, I really don't have a clue and I definitely agree that you should visit a doctor. Good luck!

I recommend Wood Betony for pain. It is a natural pain reliever, and works for me, especially for migraine.

Since I started to drink more water my headaches are gone. I just thought I should say this. Good luck on that!

I too got migraines and headaches very often but I found that when I cut back on my carbs and sugar (I was eating way too much of both) that helped dramatically. I don't know if that will help you but something to think about. Diet can sometimes effect your headaches.

I still find now that if I consume too much sugar or carbs (that breaks down to sugars from what I am told) at night before I go to bed that I will wake up with a headache.

Lately I have been finding out that lots of common health issues are related to sugar consumption, especially refined sugar so I think that's possible :P Maybe you have a sugar crash and get the headache because of that. Do you also get like tremors, cold sweats, disorientation, blurred vision etc in those situations?

If so then that means you were waking up hypoglycemic on those occasions.

Sorry i've been busy. I haven't had much time to get on here. I have been trying to prepare for a big show. It's all hereditary, my mom and grandma both had them. It's unfortunate but it just how life is and i'm okay with it. :)

Never need to apologize for not coming in man :) Don't worry about that! It's unfortunate that the migraines run in the family. I have a friend who also has that problem (and it also runs in his family) He found that, taking a walk outside really helps.
