The same to you coach! I'm headed to the doctor tomorrow for a full work up, the first since July. I'm hoping my numbers are even better than then. I'll post in the next few days when I get results.

My wieght went down a little. :-) That's better than going UP a little. We're going to Red Lobster tomorrow because I got a gift card. I'll use it as a spike day. After that, it's back to work! LOL. I won't get the results of all my bloodwork that was done today until the middle of next week because of the holiday. I sure hope everything dropped again. That would be the icing on the cake!

Bren, the Dr.'s scales were right in line with my home scale. I'm just hoping that all the dietary changes I have made are still being effective. They were miraculous from March to July. I'm hoping for the same from July 'til now. We'll see. I want to prove to myself and to my medical team that what I am doing is working, because I went against their advice to do this. I am definitely NOT on a typical diabetic diet, but I think they were wrong, in my case. The first set of numbers in July bore that out. Now we have to see if that has continued.
