Todays food entry:
Breakfast:
1 cup plain rice krispies
1 cup fat free milk
1 small banana
10 pecan halves
Lunch:
Spinach salad with red onion, tomato, red and yellow bellpeppers
whole avocado
1 tbsp olive oil
fresh squeezed lemon
Dinner:
Fake Texmex chili
1 oz. shredded soy cheddar cheese

Workout:
45 minutes pilates

Hope to catch 30 minutes of th eliptical tonight at work. If not 30 minutes of walking the stairs.
