Not too bad at all. Just got back from a wonderful wonderful two week holiday.I indulged most days and tried all the local foods and desserts. However I exercised every day save 3 (including Xmas day &the day we left!) and drunk in moderation. Apart from airport eating yesterday (two flight delays & 12hours in airport = manic eating) I feel really good. Sinking so that I may even go to the gum Rostand. We'll see.
