Here I am almost a year and a half later and I have put most of my lost weight back on. What a shame! I need to do this and do it to the fullest this time. I quit after lostig 25lbs last time....25LBS (now that is alot). I feel shameful to have put the weight back on. It is really so easy to eat what you are supposed to.....why is it so hard????

Okay, today is the first day of attempt #2 and this time I WILL SUCCEED! My husband and I are doing this together which will make things much easier in the evenings. Here is what I have eaten today and plan to eat for dinner:
Bkfast: 1 boiled egg 1 slice of sharp cheddar cheese
1 bottle water

Snack: 2oz. chicken breast

Lunch: 2 cups of lettuce with rotiserrie chkn(4oz)
minimal shredded cheese
1 bottle water

Snack: Boiled egg

Dinner: Hamburger patty with cheese
Lettuce (salad) with dressing (olive oil)
1 bottle water

Looking good so far! Looking foward to going into ketosis!!!

Just remember to make the changes permanent. The fact that your husband is also doing this makes it so much easier. You can adjust your cooking to suit your new lifestyle and you won't have to keep stuff on hand for hubby that may tempt you. Good work so far...keep it up!

The important thing is that you are back on track. Forget the past! It's so last year!! ha! This time try to think of it as a permanent change and not as a diet. YAY to ketosis!
